Job summary

RESPEC, an IT consulting and services company, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to own multiple project priorities for the SESS federal contract with the Indian Health Service. You will interact with internal and external clients to resolve issues and articulate needs, driving innovative processes while adapting to new improvements.

The role emphasizes SDLC expertise (Waterfall & Agile), requirements management, and testing, with remote collaboration and a strong emphasis on data-driven solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in requirements analysis and engineering using SDLC Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
• B.S. in a related technical discipline or equivalent education/experience (minimum 6 years with no degree, 4 years with a Master).
• IIBA CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user and stakeholder needs to determine functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collect and manage functional, non-functional and technical requirements.
• Create process and data flow diagrams and prototypes/wireframes.
• Manage product backlogs.
• Collect and report on requirements metrics for assigned applications.
• Perform detailed analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Create test scripts and conduct testing.
• Develop and update project documentation including user manuals and training materials.
• Advise customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
