Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Business Process Analyst SME to shape the strategic direction of our government-focused programs.

You will identify opportunities for process improvements and position GDIT as a trusted partner with the Department of State Consular Affairs Bureau, driving efficiency and regulatory compliance across large teams. You will collaborate with senior leaders to align capabilities with client needs, influence strategic initiatives, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• In-depth leadership experience supporting programs at CA.
• Proven experience leading dynamic mission-focused teams.
• Strong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teams to improve efficiency and compliance with regulatory changes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to strategically assess clients' business and identify improvement opportunities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and ability to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building strategy and identifying business process improvement opportunities.
• Position GDIT as a strategic partner with the Department of State CA Bureau.
• Support analysis of business and technical processes to formulate and develop information processing systems.
• Participate in capture and growth lifecycle, providing the voice of the customer for reviews and content development.
• Collaborate with business and technology leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Drive alignment of GDIT capabilities to client needs.
• Apply knowledge of Department of State processes to provide expertise on continuous improvement strategies.
