Qualifications
- Strong background in software development and SAFe
- Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced MS Office skills including Excel
- Experience delivering Agile projects and managing requirements
Responsibilities
- Lead capture of business requirements for software teams
- Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them
- Perform Agile requirement management for a product team
- Develop business process models and formal specifications
- Create and decompose user stories with acceptance criteria
- Use JIRA for requirements management, testing and defects
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impacts to solutions
- Lead backlog refinement and manage risk/issues
- Provide project documents to the client and track status
- Support change control and traceability across requirements
