Job summary
Syms Strategic Group, LLC (SSG) is recruiting for a senior-level business/requirements analyst to support the Veterans Affairs portfolio in a fully remote capacity in the United States. The role demands a strong software development background and extensive SAFe/Agile experience, plus the ability to elicit, document, and manage complex requirements for Agile teams.
The successful candidate will lead requirements activities, work with business users, IT, and leadership, and ensure traceability
Qualifications
- Experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel).
- Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects.
- Proficiency with JIRA for requirements management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
- Document requirements in an ALM tool and manage them.
- Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
- Conduct user interviews and develop business process models.
- Maintain backlog items, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with Systems Engineers on technical impact and risks.
