Zusammenfassung

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a Senior Requirements Analyst for a 100% remote role with the Veterans Affairs program. The position requires experience with Agile/SAFe, JIRA, and strong communication to document and manage business, technical, and user requirements across multiple teams.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree, a Public Trust (MBI) clearance or eligibility, and a proven track record in leading requirements development for large software projects in federal environments.

Qualifikationen

Strong background in software development and SAFe
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience conducting independent research to support complex questions
Advanced experience with MS Office, including Excel
Expertise with JIRA tools
Experience in large Agile software development or data integration projects

Aufgaben

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams
Document and manage requirements in an ALM tool (JIRA)
Perform Agile requirement management for a product team
Develop and validate requirements and acceptance criteria
Coordinate with stakeholders and systems engineers on technical solutions
Manage and mentor junior analysts
Support Scrum activities and backlog refinement
Provide status reporting on execution and risks
