Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Senior Building Automation Systems Project Manager to lead large BAS/Controls projects for commercial and mission-critical environments. This remote role serves across the United States, coordinating BAS, HVAC, IT/OT, and commissioning teams from design to turnover.

You will own project P&L, risk management, and executive-level reporting while driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years delivering BAS/Controls projects in commercial/mission critical settings.
• Certifications (PMP, CCP, NICET IV, or BAS manufacturer certs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale BAS/Controls projects from design through turnover.
• Manage cross-functional teams (BAS, HVAC, IT/OT, electrical) and stakeholders.
• Own project P&L, budgets, risk, and schedule reporting.
