Job summary

DLB Associates seeks a BAS Design Manager to lead building automation projects with a focus on BAS, PMS, and integrated controls. You will collaborate with MEP engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.

The role involves coordinating design deliverables, overseeing subconsultants, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency. Remote work is allowed within the United States.

Qualifications

• BAS controls systems engineering experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in BAS or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work remotely with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subconsultant scopes and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor scope and quality.
• Develop design deliverables including drawings and sequences.
• Assist in AutoCAD/Revit drawings and MEP coordination.
• Lead onsite BAS reviews and respond to RFIs.
