Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a BAS Technical Project Manager to lead mission-critical building automation projects remotely across the United States. You will coordinate BAS/PMS control system design, development, and integration with MEP teams, vendors, and clients.

The role emphasizes independent work, QA/QC, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality deliverables. Strong BIM proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BAS controls systems engineering.
• Knowledge of IoT and smart building solutions.
• Knowledge of data center control redundancy strategies.
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods for critical facilities.
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subconsultant scopes, SOOs, drawings, and specs.
• Ensure deliverables meet requirements, QA/QC standards, and codes.
• Coordinate with teams and partners for schedule delivery and scope control.
• Develop and manage design deliverables and operating sequences.
• Assist in CAD/BIM drawings and control system diagrams.
