Job summary

Smart Tech Contracting, LLC is seeking a Lead Control Systems Engineer to drive BAS/EPMS design for hyperscale data centers. This remote role supports nationwide projects and requires leadership, strong systems integration expertise, and coordination with BIM/Revit/AutoCAD crews.

You will manage client programs, develop design standards, and oversee operations, while mentoring junior engineers. Expect up to 20% travel and collaboration across internal/external teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Extensive BAS/EPMS design experience for data centers is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
