Smart Tech Contracting is hiring a BAS / Controls Assistant Project Manager for remote work across the United States. You will support project teams, coordinate RFIs, schedules, and budgets, and ensure compliance with owner requirements on commercial and mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience required.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Procore essential.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project initiation, RFIs and submittals.
• Forecast resources and materials; assist with scheduling.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules with the team.
• Lead meetings with agendas and notes; ensure on-time deliverables.
• Assist with cost/time estimates and project closeout.
