Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in a quantitative field (Bioinformatics, CS, Genomics or related).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in bioinformatics with a focus on NGS data analysis (WGS, WES, RNA-Seq).
• Proficiency in Python, R or Perl and related bioinformatics tools/libraries.
• Strong statistics and machine learning fundamentals; Unix/Linux scripting experience.
