Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NGS-based clinical assays (ctDNA, MRD).
• Proficiency in Python and building production-grade pipelines.
• Experience in regulated environments (CAP/CLIA, FDA).

Responsibilities

• Lead MRD diagnostic assay development and validation.
• Design analytical studies on sensitivity, accuracy, LOD.
• Develop scalable pipelines for QC, variant calling, reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, quality, data science).
• Mentor scientists and contribute to audits and submissions.
