Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Genomics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate large cohorts of genomes across variant types (SNVs, indels, structural variants) and challenging regions.
• Develop metrics to assess variant calls for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Contribute to a high-performance platform for cohort-scale, complete-genome analysis.
• Drive biomarker discovery, missing-heritability studies, and oncology analyses.
• Apply AI/ML methods to process and interpret genome cohorts at scale.
• Collaborate with scientists and clinicians to translate findings into diagnostic value.
• Improve algorithms and code efficiency; adapt new computational technologies and tools.
