You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, lab, quality, and clinical teams to launch new science products, evaluate variant data, and develop validations and metrics that guide operational decisions.

• Masters with 5+ years of relevant experience or PhD with 3+ years.
• Experience analyzing DNA sequencing data.
• Proficiency with Python for data analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop new bioinformatics capabilities to expand use cases and drive volume.
• Collaborate with engineering, lab, quality, and clinical teams to launch new science products.
• Evaluate and triage bioinformatics data underlying clinical variant calls for operations.
• Oversee bioinformatics operations, developing tools and methods to track key metrics.
• Develop and maintain clinical analytical validations and documentation.
