Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will manage end-to-end billing, handling 400–500 invoices monthly while maintaining data quality and responding to inquiries from customers and sales teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on billing experience, strong Excel, and excellent communication and analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of AR/Billing experience with an Associate degree or 2–5 years with a Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of hands-on billing experience
• Experience processing 400–500 invoices per month
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent workload management in a fast-paced setting

Responsabilités

• Process approximately 400-500 invoices per month
• Prepare and issue invoices via email and mail
• Process credit memos and invoice adjustments
• Maintain and update customer master data
• Track billing exceptions and special requests
• Balance daily transaction registers
• Respond to billing inquiries from customers and sales teams
• Monitor and report cash flow impacts
• Review contracts and billing information for accuracy
• Identify discrepancies across contracts, billing, and systems
• Escalate billing issues when appropriate
• Work within billing controls and invoice changes
