Job summary

Insight Global in Chicago is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Billing Pod for Sales and Events, shaping a forward-looking vision for products that move beyond KTLO into a scalable, strategic initiative.

You will own the product strategy and delivery for billing products, partnering with engineering and design to translate needs into clear requirements, and drive upgrades to POS integrations while redesigning pricing reports across global markets.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management for digital products.
Ability to independently lead a cross-functional product team with limited oversight.
Translate complex, competing needs into scalable product recommendations.
Strong analytical skills using research and performance data to define success measures.
Experience with enterprise products, integrations, or platform capabilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with agile product development and backlog management.
Experience with hypothesis-driven development, lean methodologies, and data-driven decisions.
Prior experience with enterprise hospitality apps, POS or PMS integrations preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for billing products.
Lead upgrades to POS integrations and define a scalable architecture.
Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, and training to meet requirements.
Redesign billing and pricing reports to address pricing-transparency requirements.
Work with stakeholders across markets to ensure regulatory compliance.
Balance stakeholder requests with scalable, broadly applicable solutions.
Mature the Billing product area with clearer processes and long-term direction.
