Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks a Senior Product Manager to shape strategy and own end-to-end outcomes for its Invoicing Solution, connecting warehouse events, contracts, rates, and invoice delivery across its cold storage network. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience, with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience with enterprise billing, invoicing, or related financial systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy and roadmap for invoicing solutions across teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial, Customer Care, and Engineering.
• Translate user feedback into requirements and features for end products.
• Define KPIs for billing accuracy, timeliness, and no-touch processing.
• Lead lifecycle from vision to launch and post-launch evaluation.
