Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management leading technical products, APIs, services, or data products.
• Experience with billing, payments, or related financial platforms.
• Strong metrics mindset to drive prioritization and decisions.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering, architecture, and design teams.
• Experience shaping roadmaps and backlogs for complex platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a billing/payments technical product.
• Own outcomes by establishing success metrics and using data to guide prioritization.
• Lead discovery and test‑and‑learn activities before scaling solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape architecture, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
• Translate business problems into well‑sequenced investments with measurable value.
• Represent customer and enterprise voice to balance needs and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across business and tech teams to enable adoption.
• Prioritize the backlog to support iterative delivery while keeping strategic goals.
• Write and refine user stories to enable effective product team execution.
• Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
