Insight Global seeks a Senior Product Designer to own design strategy and execution for billing experiences within the Sales and Events digital ecosystem of a global hotel company. • 8-10 years of work experience in information architecture and interaction design, creating digital solutions for complex web and mobile applications
• Experience being the lead product designer for an enterprise application
• Excellent portfolio showcasing information architecture and interaction design artifacts for desktop and mobile devices
• Functional knowledge of information architecture, usability, user centered design principals and interaction design
• Able to transform requirements and ideas into deliverables including flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate design requirements to the project team
• Unwavering empathy for user needs and the ability to link them to measurable solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, self-motivated with the ability to work with a team and independently to perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
• Expert proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (i.e. Figma)
• Experience with user research, usability testing and site analytics is a plus
• Strong understanding of website design methodologies (e.g. mobile first, responsive/adaptive design)
• Working knowledge of various web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) as they relate to design
• Hospitality, travel, or transportation industry
• Experience with an enterprise application that focuses on Billing, point of sale
• Global product experience

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Managers and Software Engineers to define customer problems, evaluate design and tradeoffs, prioritize improvements, and align on product direction
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear, intuitive, scalable design solutions
• Plan and execute design discovery activities, including research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Create high-quality interaction, visual, and experience designs that meet brand, accessibility, and usability standards
• Contribute to shared design systems, patterns, and ways of working to raise overall quality and consistency
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and complexity
• Clearly communicate design intent, rationale, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Work in iterative processes, including agile and lean methodologies
