NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Billing and Collections to lead global billing, AR operations, and cash-flow optimization. You will drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across regions while partnering with finance and operations.

This hands-on leadership role requires strategic vision and the ability to balance assertive collections with client sensitivity, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA, CA, CIMA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent certifications preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in billing, collections or finance operations.
• 5+ years of leadership managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with billing system implementations and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the organization’s billing function.
• Lead a globally running Billing and Collection team of 41 members in USA, Europa, India and Asia.
• Develop and execute collections and credit strategies for cash flow optimization.
• Provide governance for compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
