Qualifications

• 4+ years in proposal management or bid writing at a significant company.
• Track record of managed bids won, including orals deck production.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (RFPs, orals, executive summaries, win themes, compliance matrices, pricing slides).
• Lead or contribute to the production of high-quality, persuasive bid materials for AI model training tasks.
