NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to own renewal and marketing processes, craft client materials, and lead open enrollment activities. You will collaborate with Advisors and Account Executives to deliver superior service while fostering client relationships and carrier partnerships.

• Experience in benefits administration and renewal processes.
• Ability to manage client communications and vendor relationships.
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts and lead meetings.
• Manage renewal and marketing processes with Account Executives and Advisors.
• Prepare client presentations and update open enrollment communications.
• Lead open enrollment presentations and OE communications.
• Ensure timely filing of required forms and documentation.
