NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our remote team. You will collaborate with Advisors and Account Executives to manage renewals, craft presentations, and enhance client communications.

Your role includes leading open enrollment and ensuring high-quality service delivery across the client base. You will build strong relationships with clients and carrier contacts while driving efficient processes and engaging in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred and five+ years in the industry.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.

Responsabilités

• Manage renewal and marketing process from start to finish with Account Executives and Advisors.
• Lead open enrollment presentations and OE communication process.
• Draft client presentations and support client meetings with the team.
• Maintain relationships with clients and carriers and ensure service delivery.
