Job summary

NFP Corp is hiring a Senior Account Manager in a fully remote role with EST hours. You will partner with Advisors and Account Executives to manage renewal and marketing processes, prepare client materials, and lead open enrollment presentations.

You’ll cultivate client relationships and drive efficient service delivery while navigating complex benefit plans and carrier products. The role emphasizes collaboration, growth opportunities, and a people-first culture, with a base salary range

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• Typically more than five years of industry and product-line experience.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal and marketing processes from start to finish with Account Executives/Advisors.
• Lead open enrollment presentations and OE communications.
• Prepare client presentations and update communications.
• Maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of plan documents and sources.
