Job summary

NFP Corp is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our account servicing team. You will manage renewal and marketing processes, collaborate with Advisors and Account Executives, and craft presentations for clients and internal communications. This role emphasizes leadership in open enrollment and strong relationship management with clients and carriers.

The position is fully remote with EST hours. A BA/BS and 5+ years in the industry, including benefits administration, are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• Typically more than five years industry and product line experience.
• Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts; participate in meetings and calls.
• Manage renewal and marketing process from start to finish with Account Executives/Advisors.
• Review benefit plans and carrier documents for accuracy and regulatory language.
• Lead open enrollment presentations and OE communications; assist client meetings.
• Prepare client presentations with Account Executives/Advisors; update resources after enrollment.
