Job summary

Travala.com, the Web3 travel platform backed by Binance, seeks a Senior BD Manager to own end-to-end crypto listings. This is a hunter role focusing on sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing listing deals, including paid and token-based arrangements.

Fully remote with APAC alignment preferred for working hours, offering a commission-driven compensation model. You will build a strong pipeline, engage token founders and treasury teams, and collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
Deep understanding of Web3, tokenomics, crypto payments, wallets, and market trends.
Genuine Web3/crypto BD experience with established relationships in the space.
Senior enough to run a full deal cycle independently without micromanagement.
Commission-motivated with a compensation structure tied to results.
Exchange-side listings experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Own the full listing deal cycle: prospecting, outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing across paid and in-kind/token listings.
Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of target projects.
Represent Travala to token project founders, BD leads, and treasury teams to pitch new listings.
Negotiate terms within guardrails and drive deals to signature.
Update leadership on pipeline status, deal velocity, and market feedback.
Foster strategic token partner relationships to drive revenue and identify co-marketing leads.
Coordinate with product, legal, marketing, and finance for token integrations.
