Binance is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead senior-level and business-critical hiring across global markets, focusing on Web3/Crypto and strategic roles. You will partner with senior leaders, drive full-cycle recruitment, and build a robust talent pipeline while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier Internet company or agencies.
• Executive hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Market Mapping experiences for global market or Asia
• Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Ability to work independently

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive search and end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and business-critical roles, leveraging targeted headhunting, market mapping, and strategic talent sourcing to identify and attract top-tier talent globally.
• Partner with senior business leaders to understand strategic hiring needs, provide market intelligence and talent advisory, and build strong relationships with high-calibre candidates to support long-term business growth.
• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
• Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process
• Drive or take part in various HRprojects and initiatives
• Manage recruiting databases in structured and timely manners
• Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions
