Job summary

Autism Care Partners seeks a Remote Senior BCBA to oversee centers across our network. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans and supervise BCBAs and staff to ensure high-quality care for clients and families.

You will write treatment plans, monitor data, and collaborate with SLP/OT clinicians while maintaining timely EHR documentation and compliance with BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required.
• Rhode Island licensed Behavior Analyst licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Write and renew treatment plans for insurance authorizations.
• Provide supervision to BCBAs and behavior technicians.
• Ensure data collection and fidelity of treatment protocols.
• Conduct remote sessions and participate in staff meetings.
• Complete clinical documentation and billing via EHR in a timely manner.
