Job summary

Integrated Autism Center LLC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead a clinical team in a dynamic, family-centered program. You will supervise technicians, implement ABA assessments, and create individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.

The role includes in-center work with some remote days, regular progress updates to parents, and ongoing staff training. Emphasizing HIPAA-compliant documentation, you will help maintain high-quality care and program integrity.

Qualifications

• BACB Certification required.
• State Certification required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• NPI number required.
• CAQH account must be maintained.
• No criminal background.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Train behavior technicians and supervise clients directly.
• Assess and document client progress, follow pre-approved service schedule.
• Create individualized, research-based client programs.
• Lead weekly parent training meetings and progress updates.
• Supervise interns, trainers, and RBTs in-center and in-home.
