Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) seeks a Senior BCBA to lead clinical supervision, oversee treatment plans, and support families. You will assess skills, supervise RBTs, ensure fidelity of programs, and collaborate with the Clinical Director.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in ABA, BCBA certification, and state-specific licensure, with experience guiding teams and using Central Reach. This role emphasizes clinical leadership within a supportive, ACE-approved provider network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• BCBA certification required; LBA/LABA in relevant states.
• Supervision experience of staff and clinicians.
• Strong data collection and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorizations.
• Conduct initial skills assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Create and monitor behavior support plans and FBAs.
• Provide supervision to direct staff and RBTs.
• Ensure fidelity of treatment programs and behavioral protocols.
• Oversee data collection by staff and adherence to plans.
• Attend weekly meetings and provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director on clinical and operational needs.
