Job summary

Behavioral Health Works is seeking a BCBA to lead the clinical side of care, developing ABA treatment plans and mentoring staff. You will collaborate with families and the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality, compassionate services.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, with leadership and excellent communication skills. This role offers a 50% remote schedule, travel reimbursement, and full benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field.
• BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors.
• Conduct FBAs, update client programs, and track progress.
• Provide parent coaching and support.
• Maintain quality documentation and reports.
• Mentor staff and lead monthly training sessions.
• Stay current with research and share best practices with the team.
