Job summary

Autism Care Partners (ACP) is seeking a Senior BCBA to lead clinical and operational aspects within our center. You will provide supervision and instruction to staff on treatment program implementation and support to the Clinical Director.

Responsibilities include writing treatment plans, conducting assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R), overseeing data collection, supervising RBTs, and training families. ACP values collaboration, ethics, and ongoing professional development, with ACE provider status.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising staff and overseeing clinical programs.

Responsibilities

• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorization.
• Conduct initial skills assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Create FBAs and behavior support plans.
• Provide supervision and instruction to staff on treatment goals.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and protocols.
• Oversee data collection by direct staff.
• Attend weekly meetings.
• Provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director on duties.
