Job summary

Behavioral Health Field, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to deliver ABA services remotely in the USA. The role includes supervision, parent training, and ongoing assessment for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will design and oversee individualized behavior plans, supervise technicians, and ensure fidelity to treatment goals while collaborating with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• BCBA with at least 3 months of experience.
• Active Georgia LBA or willingness to apply.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Completed the 8-hour BACB supervisor training.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Access to reliable electronic devices (Wi-Fi, laptop, headset).
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills; able to be an effective team member.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services, supervision, and parent training for children with Autism and IDD.
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments (VB MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS…).
• Design and update behavioral programs to address learner needs.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress.
• Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals.
• Responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.
