Job summary

Autism Center is seeking a remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA therapy programs and supervise RBTs. The role ensures programs align with current ABA research and best practices, while coaching colleagues and pursuing advanced credentials.

The BCBA will coordinate with outside professionals and the community to maintain the Center’s external relationships and support clients in a remote capacity where applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Preferred: 2 years post-certification experience with ages 0-21 in classroom or 1:1 setting; supervising masters-level clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Maintain caseload as BCBA of at least 130 billable hours per month (110 for in-person/hybrid roles).
• Deliver ABA services to clients per BACB code of conduct.
• Consult with schools, daycares, medical professionals and other disciplines.
• Provide direct supervision of client care in one-to-one and group settings.
• Follow behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in treatment integrity checks of staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs per BACB standards.
• Complete Initial Competency assessments with RBTs as needed.
• Oversee authorization utilization and supervision requirements.
• Collaborate with administrative management and staff.
