We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Senior Bankruptcy Associate to join a sophisticated Manhattan practice handling complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters. You will manage cases, advise clients through restructuring, and collaborate with an experienced team on high-stakes insolvency matters.

This role offers a remote-friendly schedule in Manhattan, with exposure to a broad bankruptcy docket and opportunities to drive strategic outcomes in reorganizations and liquidations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in bankruptcy law, restructuring, and insolvency.
• Proven ability to manage complex Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 matters.
• Experience advising clients through bankruptcy proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Handle Bankruptcy Matters: Manage and support sophisticated bankruptcy matters across Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and related proceedings.
• Advise Clients: Provide legal advice to clients throughout bankruptcy, restructuring, liquidation, and insolvency proceedings.
• Manage Complex Cases: Take responsibility for significant aspects of bankruptcy matters, including case strategy, filings, negotiations, and court-related work.
• Work on Reorganizations & Liquidations: Assist with complex Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidation matters.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work alongside experienced bankruptcy attorneys on sophisticated matters while managing multiple active cases.
