Responsabilidades

• Lead consumer debtor cases from initial consultation through plan confirmation and discharge.
• Manage Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings with focus on plan development and creditor interactions.
• Draft, file, and argue motions including extensions, relief from stay, and objections to claims.
• Represent clients at 341 meetings and hearings; oversee adversary proceedings as needed.
• Direct and supervise paralegals and staff in intake, document collection, and petition preparation.
