The attorney will handle matters end-to-end, advising on insolvency strategy and representing creditors and business interests in related disputes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practice handling commercial bankruptcy and business restructuring.
• Active Texas bar admission in good standing.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Experience representing business clients, not consumer bankruptcy.
• Ability to manage matters independently with strategic judgment.
• Stable employment history with demonstrated progression.

Responsibilities

• Advise business clients on commercial bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency strategy.
• Represent creditors and business interests in bankruptcy proceedings and disputes.
• Lead or support Chapter 11 matters and restructuring engagements.
• Independently manage matters from inception through resolution.
• Build and expand client relationships in the Texas market.
