The successful candidate will have significant restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 proceedings, representing debtors, creditors and official committees of unsecured creditors across all stages of complex corporate restructurings and bankruptcy matters.

Qualifications

• Significant restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Experience representing debtors, creditors and official committees of unsecured creditors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, drafting and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in high-stakes restructuring matters across all stages of complex bankruptcies.
• Draft motions, participate in hearings, and manage contested matters.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and handle multiple engagements in a collaborative environment.
