Qualifications

• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale.
• Experience with Python or Kotlin and distributed systems.
• Proficient in AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes; familiar with workflow orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the Batch Infra team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics in ideation and trade-off decisions.
• Identify and lead solutions for project, process, or technology issues.
• Maintain and monitor team artifacts, metrics, and on-call efforts.
• Set and promote code review and design standards; mentor teammates.
• Develop talent through feedback and leadership by example.
