Job summary

Beacon Software is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to build a robust pipeline and close net-new logos in the humanitarian software space. You will own the full cycle from discovery to close, collaborating with sales engineers and a cross-functional team.

You’ll report to the GM and establish the go-to-market playbook while enjoying a hybrid work setup with options across Atlanta, Charlotte, Charleston, or remote candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B software sales with at least 3 years owning end-to-end deals.
• Complex, consultative selling into multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Proven pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
• Excellent communication and presence with buyers across roles, from operations to executives.
• Organized and methodical with CRM discipline.
• Self-directed, able to build a playbook in a founding commercial seat.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a strong pipeline from outbound, inbound, and referrals.
• Qualify opportunities and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Lead discovery calls and coordinate demos with sales engineers.
• Drive proposals, procurement, and close net-new customers.
• Handoff to delivery and remain as relationship owner through onboarding.
