• Experience in B2B software sales with end-to-end deal ownership and quota attainment.
• Proven ability to build and manage pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation: build ICP, conduct outbound, and manage inbound/referral leads.
• Qualification: assess budget/authority/timing and keep deals moving through long cycles.
• Discovery & demo: lead conversations to understand mission and fit; coordinate demos.
• Proposal & close: design proposals and navigate procurement with delivery handoff.
• Handoff: ensure smooth transition to delivery as the relationship owner after close.
