Job summary

DSJ Global is partnering with a leading electronics manufacturer to expand a PCB/PCBA-focused business unit. The role focuses on managing OEM partnerships, driving growth with automotive customers, and coordinating with engineering and leadership teams to deliver on strategic initiatives.

You will travel to customer sites and the company headquarters to advance growth plans, negotiate at the account level, and shape revenue opportunities across the east side of Michigan.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong PCB/PCBA/electronics manufacturing experience.
• Technical understanding of PCB-related products and applications.
• Experience with OEMs or Tier 1 automotive suppliers preferred.
• Must be located on the east side of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strategic OEM partnership and related automotive accounts.
• Drive business development and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative.
• Build relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers while expanding existing business.
• Act as a liaison between customers, engineering, program management, and leadership teams.
• Support commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and account strategy.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and company headquarters to support growth initiatives.
