Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas seeks an experienced sales professional to manage key automotive accounts and grow revenue in critical EV/auto components in Plymouth, Michigan. The role involves coordinating with Taiwan design teams, quoting customers, and negotiating terms to drive year-over-year growth.

The candidate should hold an engineering degree with strong OEM/Tier1 networks and proven selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in BSME or BSEE with sales/marketing experience in automotive components.
• Strong network with OEMs and Tier1 suppliers in engineering and purchasing.
• Technical knowledge and quick learner of automotive segments.
• Strong sales discipline, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and goal‑oriented with time management.

Responsibilities

• Sell automotive components including Intelligent shunts, High Power Magnetics, and High-Power Semiconductor Switches/ Fuses.
• Support sales of in‑vehicle components like inductors, CMCs, resistors, sensors in Infotainment, ADAS, EV charging, Powertrain, and BMS.
• Achieve sales revenue goals and year-over-year growth.
• Manage key accounts, build relationships, and promote new product lines.
• Coordinate with design teams in Taiwan and factories for samples, pricing, and quality issues.
