Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an accomplished sales leader to manage and grow strategic OEM partnerships within the automotive electronics sector. The role combines high-touch account management with new business development, targeting OEM and Tier 1 suppliers and expanding existing business across Michigan and nearby markets.

You will collaborate with engineering, program management, and leadership teams, travel to customer sites and our headquarters as needed, and drive revenue opportunities while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Strong PCB, PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or EMS industry experience.
• Technical understanding of PCB-related products and applications.
• Experience working with OEMs and/or Tier 1 automotive suppliers preferred.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and developing new business.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strategic OEM partnership and related automotive accounts.
• Drive business development and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative.
• Build relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers while expanding existing business.
• Act as a liaison between customers, engineering, program management, and leadership teams.
• Support commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and account strategy.
• Travel regularly to customer sites and company headquarters to support growth initiatives.
