Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience in project management or related field.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or brand initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing project schedules, workbacks, trackers, and documentation.
• Experience utilizing project management software and systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Employment Type: Full time, exempt (salaried).
• Work Location: Remote, United States.
• Travel: Approximately 4 trips per year for company offsite events.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end management of creative projects from intake through delivery across campaign, packaging, and brand initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, tracking systems, and core project documentation.
• Coordinate project kickoffs, status check-ins, reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project milestones proactively to identify risks, cross-functional dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
• Ensure all project records, schedules, creative assets, and deliverables remain organized and up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to collect requirements, align expectations, and facilitate project execution.
• Assist with project intake, routing, and workflow management across the Creative team.
• Support resource allocation and capacity planning to balance project requirements with team bandwidth.
• Maintain project management platforms and reporting tools to provide visibility across active work streams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance team operational efficiency.
• Partner with Senior Project Managers and Creative Operations leadership to support broader portfolio management.
• Foster a collaborative, solutions-driven team culture.
