Job summary

M Booth & Associates is seeking a Senior Director, Project Management to oversee budgeting, planning, and execution of multi-portfolio creative projects. You will coordinate between Creative and Account teams, manage vendor contracts, and mentor junior staff while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

This role sits on the Creative team with strong emphasis on production and social/digital asset execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, advertising, marketing or design.
• 7+ years experience in a small-mid size creative agency.
• Experience with budgeting, planning, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong collaboration with creative and account teams to manage scope and budget.
• PM/cost reporting tools and Adobe Creative Cloud experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing project management across multiple creative portfolios and projects.
• Create, manage and update budgets, timelines, staff plans, vendor contracts.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are met; coordinate across Creative and Account teams.
• Mentor junior to mid team members and drive process improvements.
