Orion Placement seeks an experienced civil litigation defense attorney for the Los Angeles area, with remote or hybrid work options. The candidate must hold an active California Bar license and have 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including discovery and depositions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in a defense practice.
• Experience with written discovery and taking or defending depositions.
• Experience in personal injury, construction defect, habitability, insurance coverage, product liability, or professional liability litigation is highly desirable.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
