You will serve as first-chair trial counsel, independently managing complex cases from inception through resolution, with travel for court appearances across California.

Location

Remote – California Statewide. Work from home while maintaining an active trial practice, with travel required for court appearances and trials throughout California. Candidates based in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area are strongly preferred.

Note

Candidates must have an active California Bar license, substantial civil litigation experience, and proven first-chair trial experience with successful results. Experience in insurance defense is highly desirable but not required. Willingness to travel throughout California for trials and court proceedings is essential.
