ViewFi is a national virtual care and digital health provider focused on orthopedic and musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries, physical therapy, and sports medicine. We pair board certified physicians with purpose-built technology to deliver convenient, high-quality care, getting every patient on the right care plan from the very first visit.

The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Accounts Receivable owns ViewFi's lien-based receivables: law firm bill reduction requests and settlement collections requests for patients treated under a letter of protection. Reporting to the SVP of Finance & Accounting, this role drives collection outcomes and partners with Client Success, Finance, and Healthcare Operations to keep receivables from slipping through the cracks as the business scales.

Your Mission

Collections & Escalation Management

• Own collections for active bill reduction requests and outstanding lien-based AR via email, call, and mail outreach, escalating unresolved items to the Client Success lead each month.
• Build relationships with law firm billing departments to get regular settlement updates and shorten time-to-resolution on aging accounts.
• Negotiate bill reduction requests and payment amounts, balancing collection outcomes against the referring-firm relationship; serve as custodian of records as needed.
• Support external requests for billing records and documentation, serving as the point of contact who confirms and attests to bills and records when requested.

AR Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze AR firm-by-firm to validate collection-rate assumptions and surface trends across the book.
• Build recurring reports for Client Success and External Sales on which firms are performing well versus falling behind.
• Monitor aging AR trends and flag emerging risk before it becomes systemic.
• Own the accuracy of AR-received data in ViewFi's systems, the control point Finance relies on to process referral payouts correctly and on schedule.

Process, Systems & Automation

• Own the shift from spreadsheet tracking to ViewFi's working portal, partnering with Tech to scope improvements
• Design and implement process and automation improvements to scale collections as volume grows.

About You

• Proven track record owning a process end-to-end, with experience across AR, outreach, and negotiation (e.g., with law firms or similar stakeholders); healthcare or personal-injury lien experience a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical rigor, paired with strong client-facing communication skills; able to build and maintain AR tracking analysis and reporting independently.
• Process-improvement and automation mindset, ideally migrating manual workflows into a system or portal with a technical team.
• Comfortable escalating internally and externally, with judgment to balance collection outcomes against the referring-firm relationship.
• Self-starter who can operate independently through rapid, high-change growth.
