Aretum is seeking an Application Systems Analyst Lead for a large-scale federal digital content management and systems integration program. You will define business rules, metadata mappings, and workflows with government stakeholders, then lead a small Agile development team through three-week sprints, ensuring on-time delivery and clear risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Library or Information Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with JIRA and story-based delivery.
• Experience with federal government projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document content eligibility criteria and business rules for content selection.
• Inventory source and target metadata fields; develop field mapping and transformation rules.
• Define metadata quality, completeness, and schema validation rules; create reconciliation procedures.
• Document workflow states, approvals, and exception paths with roles and permissions.
• Document exception handling and audit/traceability requirements.
